1. Who we are
Tankipop is an online multiplayer browser game operated by , ("we", "us"). Contact: . By playing you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- You can play as a guest. A guest account lives only in your browser: if you clear your browser data or change device, it is lost. Link an email or Google account to keep it.
- If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, ask a parent before playing or buying.
- One person, one account for ranked play. Don't share, sell or buy accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time in game (Account → Delete account).
3. Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, attack our servers, deliberately lose or leave ranked matches, or pick offensive nicknames. We may reset ranks, rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Some opponents in quick matches may be computer-controlled players.
4. Purchases
- Some tank styles can be bought. They are cosmetic: they do not make your tank stronger.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle's buyer terms.
- Prices include VAT where applicable. What you buy is a licence to use the item in Tankipop on your account; it has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. The service
Tankipop is in active development. We may change, balance or remove game features and may have downtime. If we ever shut the game down, we will announce it in game at least 30 days in advance. Paid items bought in the 90 days before such an announcement can be refunded on request.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, or our liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect losses.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in game. The law of applies, without removing protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

2. 账号

- 排位一人一号。不要共享、出售或购买账号。
- 随时可以在游戏里删除账号（账号 → 删除账号）。
3. 公平游戏
禁止作弊、使用外挂或修改过的客户端、利用漏洞、攻击服务器、在排位中故意送分或中途退出、使用冒犯性的昵称。 违反的账号可能被重置段位、强制改名、封禁或删除。快速匹配中的部分对手可能是电脑控制的玩家。
4. 购买
- 部分坦克款式可以购买。它们只是外观，不会让坦克变强。
- 订单由我们的在线经销商 Paddle.com 处理。Paddle.com 是所有订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record）， 负责客户服务和退货。详见 Paddle 买家条款。
- 价格已含适用的增值税。你买到的是在自己账号上使用该物品的许可，没有现金价值，不能转让。
- 当前价格见价格页；退款见退款政策。
5. 服务
游戏仍在积极开发中，我们可能调整、平衡或移除游戏内容，也可能有停机维护。 如果将来停止运营，会至少提前 30 天在游戏内公告；公告前 90 天内购买的付费物品可以申请退款。
6. 责任
游戏按"现状"提供。本条款不限制你所在国家法律赋予消费者的权利，也不限制我们对故意、重大过失或人身伤害的责任； 除此之外，我们不对间接损失负责。
7. 变更与适用法律
我们可能更新本条款，重要变更会在游戏内通知。适用法律，但不影响你所在国家法律给你的保护。
